AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Worst website to buy vape stuff online. You’re better off asking someone off the street. No joke.

I ordered 8 btl's of naked 100 ejuice, various flavors. All 8 btl's arrived a funky florescent yellow color. Flavor is not right. The expiration dates were good so idk why. 3 btl's were the wrong nic strength, but I'll give a pass on that since it's possible that was my mistake, although all the others were right. Naked 100 is my normal brand & the flavors i order are always clear. I only use clear juice so the coils won't burn up as fast. Further, when i tried to track the shipping i couldn't find my order online. I tried calling the business number & only got a voicemail. I tried to do the online chat & "kahl" said hello & disconnected. I tried the text & finally got a answer, the next day. Turns out my shipment did arrive on time. Still paid way too much for shipping. If you have a customer service issue, good luck. I only tried ejuice connect because the juice i ordered was on sale & even with the ridiculous shipping cost i thought i was saving $20. Big mistake. A waste of $90.

I ordered 6 bottles of Sugar Daddy flavored juice. They sent me 6 bottles of berry candy cane. When I reported the mistake along with pictures of the original invoice and the bottles they sent I was told I would have to spend another 70 dollars then wait several weeks for a refund. I explained this doesnt work for me and they refused to work with me without me assuming more financial burden for their mistake. Very poor way to handle their mistakes.

I attempted to use the 35% off coupon, but it only gave me less than 20% Off. I then attempted to contact customer service about the less than 35% off, via text. No reply. Then I opened a chat dialogue on their website and spoke to Kahl. He said there's no coupon. He wouldn't help. Not good for first try. I am adding an update to this review and 2 stars. They shipped my order the next day and received it in just 3 days. I am still steamed about not getting 35% off and how customer service didn't reply to my text and when i finally got someone "kahl" on their website he didn't feel like helping. I will try to order from them again but am leary about referring others to site.

I will not use this company again as long as they use fedex. I'll pay extra for better service elsewhere. Still haven't received anything. Always late. There are still plenty of better companies out there.

I was sent items which had expired "best before" dates. With high shipping costs, merely refunding original item value is not good enough. And they don't provide replacements. Bad refund policy.

Sold me Almost Expired Juice

Have had no issues with this company in terms of previous orders. But this time around I received a bottle of salt juice that was 2 weeks from almost the BB date. Reached out to their support team via email and received a response that they cannot refund me since the juice wasn't expired yet. Let's just say they have crap customer service if needed. Roll the dice on getting something more fresh. And to also add, their f****d up shipping prices if you don't order a lot. Go figure.

This company used to be great. Nowadays it’s a joke. Their online inventory is way off. They’ll either just ship part of the order or cancel the order altogether without as much as an email to let you know. This has happened 3 times back to back now, even talked to them over the phone after the second time. Waste of time, there are lots of better places to order from.

I ordered on Sunday. Got my box today, Wednesday. Fastest shipping and handling I have experinced with any company (besides Amazon Prime). No problems with my order.
This was my first time ordering from this company and I will be a returning customer.

It's a good company to order from. The only problem that I have is the shipping. I don't mind paying for the shipping but FedEx sucks. I placed an order on Monday and it was Saturday before the pick up was done. It takes almost two weeks to receive the products. That is the only problem I have had from them.
